custom queries against the FIMS database. This file was released on 03/11/2013.
In order for you to use this query capability, you will need to follow these guidelines for
installing the Oracle client.

EPA EnergyStar Portfolio Manager Upload - FIMS Extract

EPA EnergyStar Portfolio Manager tracks and benchmarks energy and water consumption in individual buildings and across building portfolios and can assess compliance with the Guiding Principles of High Performance Sustainable Buildings.

To assist sites with an initial load of their data into Portfolio Manager, Microsoft Access queries have been developed to extract FIMS data in the required upload format. The queries are stored in the FIMS Access database, FIMSWEB031113.mdb. The queries, FIMS Extract for Portfolio Manager - Federal Template and FIMS Extract for Portfolio Manager - Space Use Template, should be run and exported to Microsoft Excel. The FIMS Excel extracts will have to be copied into the Portfolio Manager Federal Building Import Template which is available from the EPA website. Please review the Portfolio Manger template 'Instructions' page for details on submitting your upload.

	The FIMS upload process can be used to interactively update FIMS data using an Excel template format.
